Chronic Care Management Assistance
Our staff will monitor the patient's chronic care illness. They call the patient to manage the illness per Medicare Guidelines for CCM, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Virtual Staffing / Assistant
Our staff primarily will handle test result appointment scheduling (if an in person consult is necessary) and handle test result calling for those not requiring in person consult. There are additional tasking's that can be handled by our Virtual Assistants. If you need someone to handle something that can be done remotely let us know; we may be able to handle this need for you.
